- You are solely responsible for the information you submit and any consequences that may arise from its use.
3. Verification Process
All debtor submissions will be reviewed and verified by our team before being included in the Blacklist System. We reserve the right to refuse any submission that does not comply with our standards or guidelines.
4. Limitation of Liability
Matrix Private Investigations shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Blacklist System or any information provided therein.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with the Blacklist System are owned by Matrix Private Investigations. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Matrix Private Investigations, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Blacklist System or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Blacklist System signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe.
